Accommodation
Accommodation is in our beautiful barn conversion, with ample room for any large family gathering or party.
Catering: Fridge and freezer can be stocked for guests arrival or meals can be supplied and/or served by an outside caterer. A welcome hamper also available.
Kitchen: Enough china for 16 guests and plenty of pans and cooking utensils. Cooking by Everhot range, electric fan assisted oven, induction hob and microwave.
Dining Room: 14 can be seated in the kitchen and also in the dining area.
Sitting Room: Large drawing room ( 17ft x 46ft ) and smaller library( 17ft x 19ft ideal for children to watch telly and play). There is a television in each room.
TV and Music Facilities: Sky television, DVD player, video player and piano.
Heating/Open Fires: Wood burner in large drawing room. Underfloor heating throughout.
Bedrooms: 6 double bedrooms, one a family room (with double sofa bed and folding single bed ) two en suite bathrooms and two family bathrooms.
Linen: Included – duvets and/or blankets.
Bathrooms: Two en suite one with bath + double washbasins, one with shower. Two family bathrooms one with shower + double basins, one with shower + roll top bath
Disabled Facilities: There are no disabled facilities.
Children’s Facilities: Large lawned gardens with stream safely away from traffic. Some children’s bikes, football & goal posts and other toys. Inside: board games, lego etc.
Outdoor Facilities: Table tennis & snooker table in stables. Stable available for horse if needed! Decked & paved seating areas & furniture, barbecue, croquet, bowls etc.
Swimming Pool: We dopn’t have our own pool, but Ross on Wye has an indoor pool and there is river swimming available in the Wye.
Parking: Copious parking is available.
Telecom Facilities: Good mobile reception on some networks.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted.
Pets: Yes to well behaved dogs if guests pick up in the garden and do not allow them upstairs or on the sofas. We may make a small charge.
Games Room: To be completed in stables.
